Healthy Eating!


I am eating a brunch only meal now. I do not eat both breakfast and lunch. I eat eggs or something high in protein which keeps me full all day! BTW - I am now 11 days with NO caffeine or soft drinks! Only water, occasional 100% fruit juice, and rarely a few ounces of low fat milk! Still need to work on getting more fiber and more iron.
